You Join The Community.
You make the bet on yourself and go all-in. You've had your onboarding call with our CSM Carolyn and your next calls are already booked! You're diving into materials and resources provided.

Get Your Custom Roadmap.
You have an extremely clear idea of where you need to be, and how you'll get there. You joined your first small group session with Dylan and he helped you carve out your unique path.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Done.
With your new resume, and a newfound understanding of the best positioning for your past experience after your second session with Dylan, we're ready to get applications out!

Application Process Review.
By Week #4, there's a few different places you may be. Whether you're still applying to jobs, or you've already got five positions extended to you post interview, your next session with Dylan will be help you evaluate your progress.

First Role Accepted.
Ideally, by this point you've done what was necessary to have been extended a role that meets our search criteria! The majority of members are seeing offers extended to them between weeks #3 and #6.

Ideally, you've completed up through Appointment Setting or Closing at a minimum.
Understanding everything up until this point will allow us to have a productive conversation on Call #1.
